BRM provides imaging solutions to convert document
inventories to image format for electronic storage. We can
convert any size record storage inventory to virtually all
universal image formats (such as TIFF or PDF) and store the
image files to conventional devices such as CDs or DVDs. All
viewing utilities are provided, so there is no need
to purchase custom software
Image files on your server
If you require that the image files reside on your server
we can upload image inventories to your network
infrastructure for use by your own custom software
applications.
BRM can manage your image database
As an alternative to storing data on your server, BRM can
manage your company’s image database and store your document
image inventories in our secure image repository. We can
scan your documents and move them to our repository for
storage, or you can send your own image files to us and we
can maintain them in the repository for you
Easy access to your imaged documents
Pass-code authorized access through our website allows
for secure access and retrieval of document images online
from the repository. Simply log in and query to find the
record you need, select the desired pages, and print them,
or download the image files to your desktop.
An additional benefit of image repository storage is access
to our specialized disaster recovery protocol which promotes
frequency and redundancy in data backup procedures.
Scan-on demand services
If it is not within your budget to convert large or old
backlog record storage inventories to digital format, BRM
can provide Scan-on-Demand services to convert individually
retrieved hardcopy files to image format for secure
pass-code restricted retrieval via the Internet.
Simply send us a retrieval request and we will retrieve
the file from storage, image the documents and index a
description. We can then email it to your offices within
minutes, or post it to our image repository for pass-code
authorized online retrieval.
BRM performs all of the document conversions and
scanning processes in-house, with its own staff.
We do not subcontract out any of our document imaging
processes, ensuring the quality of the image database that
we construct for you. Quality control processes with
mandatory per document image scan - view procedures ensures
that every image is visually inspected for clarity and
legibility.
